Beyond Young LLC is seeking a dedicated Competition Counselor to mentor and support participants in our upcoming Business Innovation Challenge. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to competition participants.
• Offer feedback on business plans, presentations, and strategies.
• Facilitate workshops or Q&A sessions on business development topics.
• Motivate and encourage participants throughout the competition journey.
• Collaborate with event organizers to ensure a smooth competition process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, entrepreneurship, or mentorship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess and provide constructive feedback on business concepts.
• Passion for youth development and fostering innovation.
• Prior experience with competitions or similar events is a plus.
