Pre-K – Grade 3 · 60–90 min weeklyDrawing, painting, and color study taught the way working artists learn. Students build technique through observation and finish pieces they take home each term.
Grade 2 – Grade 7 · 60–90 min weeklyClay, found materials, and three-dimensional design. Students build, problem-solve, and finish tactile pieces that develop spatial thinking.
Pre-K – Grade 7 · 60–90 min weeklyPortfolio-driven studio work aimed at competitions and high-school applications. Students develop a personal visual voice and a body of finished work.
Grade 5 – Grade 10 · 90 min weeklyCAD basics and 3D printing — students design, iterate, and print their own objects. An introduction to engineering thinking and digital fabrication.
Grade 3 – Grade 10 · 90 min weeklyClose reading, vocabulary, and writing across genres — story, essay, and more. Students leave each unit with a finished piece they share aloud.
Pre-K – Grade 4 · 60–90 min weeklyEssay craft, source-based argument, and competition-track writing. Students build a polished portfolio of analytical and creative pieces.
Grade 5 – Grade 10 · 90 min weeklyStorytelling, recitation, and expressive communication. Students learn to organize ideas, speak with confidence, and connect with an audience.

Grade 3 – Grade 10 · 60–90 min weeklyFormal and informal debate across current topics. Students research positions, build arguments, and practice rigorous, respectful discourse.
Grade 5 – Grade 10 · 60 min weeklyImprov, scene-work, and ensemble performance. Students explore character, voice, and storytelling on their feet — Sunday studios with regular family showings.

Grade 2 – Grade 4 · 60–90 min weeklyA continuous math progression from accelerated Grade 5 math through Algebra 2. Students move at their level, with two sections per week for steady practice.
Grade 5 – Grade 10 · 90 min weeklyGeometric reasoning paired with probability and combinatorics — preparation for competition math and analytical sciences.
Grade 7 – Grade 8 · 90 min weeklyHands-on experiments and engineering challenges — simple machines, circuits, and beginner robotics. Students think like scientists and makers.
Pre-K – Grade 3 · 60–90 min weeklyInquiry-based science across life, physical, and earth sciences. Students design experiments, analyze results, and present findings.
Grade 4 – Grade 8 · 60–90 min weeklyHands-on AI literacy — students learn how models work, build small projects, and reason about the technology shaping their world. Middle & high-school sections.
Grade 5 – Grade 10 · 90–120 min weeklyPitch development, market research, and competition coaching. Students take a real idea from concept to public presentation.
Grade 5 – Grade 10 · 120 min weeklyWeekly current events from a global lens. Students read the news, discuss perspectives, and learn to think critically about what they see.
Grade 5 – Grade 7 · 90 min weekly · SaturdaysWeekday homework support, study skills, and accountability. A structured place for students to do the work and ask questions in real time.
Grade 5 – Grade 10 · 60–90 min · Mon – FriPersonalized tutoring for AP courses and any advanced subject not on the regular schedule. We build a plan around your child's classes and goals — contact us to set one up.
Grade 9 – Grade 10 · Personalized schedulingTen themed weeks of art, exploration, and play. Each week stands on its own — pick one, or string several together. Friday showcases for parents.
Pre-K – Grade 5 · Jun 15 – Aug 21Applies when siblings from the same household enroll at Beyond Young at the same time.
