Open Role

Teacher

After-school & weekend enrichment classes · Part-time · In person, Millburn, NJ

What you'd do
  • Lead small after-school and weekend classes (about six students each) for Pre-K through Grade 8
  • Choose your subject — math (Singapore Math through Algebra), reading & writing, public speaking & debate, Chinese, fine arts, sculpture, or STEM
  • Plan lessons that build real skill, not busywork, and track how each student is progressing
  • Get to know your students by name across a full semester
What we look for
  • Deep expertise in your subject area
  • A genuine talent for teaching young students — patience, clarity, warmth
  • Prior classroom, tutoring, or coaching experience
  • Comfortable planning your own lessons for the age range you teach

Compensation: competitive, based on experience.

Open Role

Counselor

Summer camp & after-school program · Part-time · In person, Millburn, NJ

What you'd do
  • Supervise a small group of campers or after-school students through activities, meals, and free time
  • Lead or assist hands-on activities — art, games, outdoor time, and academic support
  • Help with pickup and dismissal, keeping every child safe and accounted for
  • Be a warm, steady presence kids look forward to seeing
What we look for
  • Experience with kids — camp counseling, babysitting, coaching, or classroom aide work
  • Patient, energetic, and comfortable managing a group
  • Reliable and punctual — families count on pickup running on time
  • 16 or older (an NJ working paper is required if you're a minor)

Compensation: competitive, based on experience.
